Creek Park

The only park in Dubai that has a cable car which runs in under half an hour.  A great way to have a glimpse of Dubai from the air! Creek park is the oldest park in the city that’s beautifully located with a promenade along the Creek. It’s also home to the Dubai Dolphinarium where graceful dolphins entertain the crowds every day at show time. Aside from these, the park also has numerous designated barbeque areas, a mini-train, and play areas to make it the perfect picnic destination on weekends.

Zabeel Park

Located next to the World Trade Center, Zabeel Park is one of Dubai’s largest and busiest parks, especially over the weekends. It is popular with joggers since it has plenty of wide open spaces to run around in. And families for the many facilities it has including barbeque and picnic areas, play areas, a large lake with boat rides, an amphitheatre, an entertainment zone. If you’re in the mood for a spin around the park then hiring a bike would be the best option. Although the park spans the busy Sheikh Zayed Road, it is tranquil and serene mostly on weekdays.

Safa Park

This vast green space in the heart of the city got striking views of the cityscape beyond. Safa Park has acres of beautifully trimmed and thoroughly maintained lawns, as well as a host of trees, shrubs, and plants dotted around the park. It also has barbecue stations, play areas for the children, fountains and waterfalls, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, as well as a video game parlor for teenagers, bumper car rides, a boating lake and even a maze to get lost in.
